Us:

We are a shift based marketplace for healthcare professionals. We match professionals with shifts posted by medical facilities. We are located on the sunny west side of Los Angeles and are growing rapidly! Our api app is classic Ruby/Rails backed with PostgreSQL.

You:

are a Ruby/Rails engineer with strong backend skills and at least 3 years of experience. You enjoy thinking about data structures, interactions and transformations. You collaborate well with product and other engineers. You favor releasing good software and improving it over time to releasing perfect software 3 months delayed.

Specifics About the Job:

Pay 120-155k depending on your experience, skills, and how you value equity/salary. On-site only for the first few months, and then you can work from home periodically (up to about 70% total). Office in the Marina/Venice/Mar Vista/West Culver area.
